1. The printed CoPilot Live Smartphone Quick Start Guide section (3b) step 6. (downloading data using ActiveSync) does not work with Activesync 3.7.1 build 3244.?

Solution:
It does work with Activesync 3.7.1 build 4034. If you have an earlier version of ActiveSync installed on your desktop, you must replace it with Activesync 3.7.1 build 4034 or higher to successfully use all Activesync functions with your SmartPhone. A CD containing this build should have come with your SmartPhone; if not, consult your SmartPhone manufacturer or Microsoft.
