3. I want to put CoPilot Live | Pocket PC4 on a different Pocket PC.

CoPilot Live is a single-user license and can only be installed on one Pocket PC at a time. If you wish to run CoPilot Live on multiple devices, you can purchase additional copies of the application from one of our resellers or at http://www.alk.com.

If you have purchased a new Pocket PC and wish to use the application on your new device, you will need to deactivate and uninstall from your old Pocket PC prior to activating on your new Pocket PC:

1. Run CoPilot Live on the Pocket PC
2. In the "Tools" menu tap on "Update License"
3. Select "Deactivate" and record the Deactivation Code
4. On your Desktop computer, go to http://activate.alk.com/deactivate
5. Enter your Product Key and Deactivation Code and click "Submit"
6. Uninstall "CoPilot Live" and "Pocket Speech" from your old Pocket PC

You can now install and activate CoPilot Live on your new Pocket PC. Use your original Product Key for installation.

Note: A new Activation Code will be required for your new Pocket PC. The Activation Code from your old Pocket PC will NOT activate CoPilot Live on your new device.
